Pour single or double measure of Ruby Gin overlots of ice (4-6 blocks).

Add equal measure of Tonic, the Barker & Quin Hibiscus Tonic Water.

Garnish with slice or two of sweet orangeand a sprig of garden thyme. Yummy!

Add a 1/4 lemon, dash of cayenne pepper & a small slice of ginger to a shaker and then muddle them together.  Add one spoon of apricot jam, 50mls of apple juice and 50mls of Autograph Gin.  Add ice and shake the shaker.

Strain over  ice into a stemless glass or tumbler.

In  a separate metal jug, heat 40mls of Pinotage and pour warm wine over the drink.

Garnish with a slice of ginger and a dash of cayenne pepper.
