The Ladies Delight
Ingredients
- 50ml Autograph Gin
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 50ml Litchi Juice
- 2 Strawberries
- Roasted Fennel
- Ice Blocks
- Basil Leaf
Method
In a shaker add: A teaspoon of roasted fennel. 2 Strawberries. Muddle till juiced, then add 50mls litchi juice. 50mls Autograph Gin. 10mls of Lemon juice. Add ice and shake. Double strain over ice into a stemless glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.
