Pink Fig

Ingredients

  • 25ml Vermont Bloom Botanical Spirit
  • Fitch & Leedes Sugar Free Indian Tonic
  • black figs
  • blackberries for garnishing
  • soda water
  • lavendar/ rosemary sprig garnish
  • ice

Method

In a glass, add a chopped fig, pour your Vermont Bloom Botanical Spirit over and muddle with a pestle. Add a few ice blocks. Top with 1 part Fitch & Leedes Sugar Free Indian Tonic and 1 part Soda Water. Garnish with a small fig and Lavendar or Rosemary sprig.
